Shipping, Warranty, Returns and Refunds

Thank you for visiting TFW, and welcome to our page detailing our shipping, returns and refund policies. Please go through the details below to find out answers to any questions you may have, or you can also check out our FAQ section. 1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

TFW provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders, irrespective of where you live or how much you have ordered! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners, Fed Ex, Aramex and Delhivery.. We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 7 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer since each order is customised to your preferences and then sent. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

We are proud to state that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers. Cash on Delivery is charged at an extra of Rs. 50 per order, and is available for select pin codes. Upon checkout, please enter your pin code to verify that Cash on delivery is available for your pin code. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We provide international shipping to over 80 countries around the world. International shipping is not free, and the charges for shipping will depend on the quantity purchased and the country it is being shipped to. At the time of check out, please select international shipping and enter your country and post code to get the shipping costs. International delivery can take between 10-15 working days. We currently use FedEx for international deliveries, but are working on expanding our logistics partners. PLEASE NOTE that you may be charged customs and other duties for your shipments depending on your country and customs policies. TFW is not responsible for any such additional charges incurred.

4. ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING:

You can log into account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

  1. New: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed

  2. Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be printed as per requirements and packaged

  3. Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by TFW, and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email

  4. On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order

  5. Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or by TFW. If you want more information about this, please contact us.

  6. Returned: This order was returned to TFW after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charges

5. CANCELLATION POLICY:

We start working on your order pretty much as soon as we get it. Each of our designs are custom printed after the order, to ensure you only get the freshest of designs. However, after you order, should you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order until 10 am of the next working day. So, for example, if you placed your order at 1 pm on Monday, you can cancel the order until 10 am on Tuesday. The entire amount you paid will be refunded to you. Please allow 7 working days to process the returns. The mode of refund will be the same through which the payment was made.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns and refunds policy laid out below is to deal with such situations.

  1. A. Non customised Products: For any of our products that were not customised for you, we allow 2 types of returns:

  2. i. Defective product, defective printing or damage in transit – in such a case, you have 7 days from receipt of product to contact us at returns@thefuturewear.com and initiate the returns. If there was an issue with the product, you will have a choice of taking a refund of money, getting a replacement product, or getting TFW credit to buy anything else. We will have the product picked up from your delivery address at no cost to you, and will also return your shipping amount. The product should be returned in its original packaging, should not have been washed and the tags should be intact. If the management feels that the product was used, then it reserves the right to deny the return. Please allow 7 working days to process the returns. If you choose to get a refund, the mode of refund will be the same through which the payment was made, and the money will be credited back to you within 15 days of the product return.

  3. ii. Returns due to dissatisfaction – if there were no defects in the product, but you were dissatisfied with it for personal reasons, then you have 3 days to contact us at returns@thefuturewear.com and initiate the refund procedure. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we will reimburse you for the product cost, but not for the shipping cost. Please use a tracking shipment, because if it fails to arrive to us, it will be your responsibility and no returns will be processed. You can choose to get your money refunded, get a replacement product, or get store credit for later use. The product should be returned in its original packaging, should not have been washed and the tags should be intact. If the management feels that the product was used, then it reserves the right to deny the return. Please allow 7 working days to process the returns. If you choose to get a refund, the mode of refund will be the same through which the payment was made, and the money will be credited back to you within 15 days of the product return.

  4. B. Customised Products: For any of our products that were customised for you, we allow returns only in limited circumstances, since these products were designed specifically for you:

  5. i. Defective product, defective printing or damage in transit – in such a case, you have 7 days from receipt of product to contact us at returns@thefuturewear.com and initiate the returns. If there was an issue with the product, you will have a choice of taking a refund of money, getting a replacement product, or getting TFW credit to buy anything else. We will have the product picked up from your delivery address at no cost to you, and will also return your shipping amount. The product should be returned in its original packaging, should not have been washed and the tags should be intact. If the management feels that the product was used, then it reserves the right to deny the return. Please allow 7 working days to process the returns.   6. C. Electro Photon Tech™ (EPT): For our EPT panels, we provide a 30 day guarantee, subject to the terms of use (should not be exposed to water, cut, bent, or dropped). If your EPT™ panels stop working, don’t light up, or become too dim, we will have these replaced for you. Before initiating replacement, please try replacing the batteries in the battery inverters. If they are still not working, then contact us at returns@thefuturewear.com to initiate the returns. We will have the EPT panels picked up from your place, and will give you the choice of either getting a refund, getting a replacement, or getting store credit for some other purchase. In case of product defects, your shipping costs will be refunded as well. Please allow 7 working days to process the returns. If you choose to get a refund, the mode of refund will be the same through which the payment was made, and the money will be credited back to you within 15 days of the product return.

For EPT™ panels, we do not accept returns for any other reasons than product defects.
